
They laid the rolled up tarps on the roof the day before. Some tarps weigh 100 + lbs. Doing it all in one day in this heat is not rational, they spot the job the day before. This is about 9:00 am. They have been on site since about 8 a.m.
This blog began as the documentary of the renovation of a blighted home in the historic Treme neighborhood of New Orleans. The home was destroyed during hurricane Katrina but the entire city is now under renovation as we rebuild.
