So this week, after a lot of interviews, I chose James Farr as my architect but I have to get him the actual square footage so he can do a contract.
I got a fence guy but he can't come for a month because he's swamped.
This morning the termite guys came to begin treating the ground. They needed water, which we had to 'borrow' from the guy across the street. It's going to be a big deal when I have water.
So there is some progress in that short time, but waiting for the fence is hard. I will miss the tenting for termites, that's going to be a bummer. I wonder what the legions of pigeons will do when they tent. Will they get killed? or wil they just go away for a day and return?
